GingerPop is a perishable, handmade beverage made with cold-pressed ginger and real fruit, with no preservatives. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on shipped bottles.
Storage on arrival
GingerPop is best served chilled. Refrigerate or freeze on arrival until ready to drink, then gently shake before enjoying. Keeping it cold protects the quality of every bottle.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at purchase, but reach out and we will try to help if a package is returned to us.
